Brush Your Tongue

Start with brushing the tongue with the tongue cleaner. Do this with your tongue in and your tongue out several times for at least a minute.

Scrape Your Tongue

After brushing your tongue rinse it under cold water then scrape off the dead cells with the scraper attached to the tongue cleaner. Hold the scraper at an upright angle then push downwards.
